This Post is About You

Well, maybe. At least, it's about those of you who I know are there.

I just want to take a moment to say Thank you! to all of you who leave comments on my blog. I love hearing from you all and getting interaction when I write. And it is so much more motivating to write for someone than for, well, who knows who? So, if you read this blog and have anything to say, say it! I love hearing it.

Now to those of you who read but don't comment, well, thanks for reading! I don't want to pressure you to comment. But if you've just been feeling shy, well, just say hello. It's nice to know you're out there.

Hello from California! You are brave, don't know if I could move to the extreme east coast. Farthest I've been is Baltimore in the summer! I'd have to be dropped off and left there while everyone else moved the home. Then I'd not have a job so I could just stay indoors by the fire when it snowed. The thought of walking in a snow storm does not get me all warm and fuzzy. I think I'll stay near San Francisco Beaches. :) Enjoyed your blog.

I'm so glad you have a blog. Makes you not feel quite so far away. Everyone who was so a part of our lives in that brief 4 years in Eugene seems to be moving on and out and up and whatnot and to be able to keep in touch with those we can is such a blessing and a gift. You are someone I have always admired and enjoyed. Thank you for letting us in on these little bits of your life.
Much love from Seattle,
Summer

Oh, I echo Summer. It is nice to feel like the conversations didn't die just because we graduated.

I should comment more, but I do read! I am awaiting your "in defense of stamp collecting" post soon too =)

When I first started my blog Zeb said 'Bloggers live on comments'. I now realize how true that is, it's so gratifying to know that people care and are reading and hear their responses to your thoughts. Anyway, hi, I read your blog. A lot. Like 3 times a day. And I miss you.

Mel, I'm here, just rarely. I do love that we can keep up using this medium, I just don't blog/read blogs very often. But when I do it's so fun to hear about your life and my other friends so far away. Thanks for faithfully commenting. I'm not promising anything, but I know it's nice to have a small dialogue going...
